1. Funnel Monitoring Table

This table provides an overview of all monitored funnels and their statuses:

  • Account: Displays the name of the monitored social media account.

  • Goal URL: Shows the destination URL users are directed to via the profile link.

  • Status:
    Indicates whether the funnel is functioning as expected:
    - Working: The link in the profile directs users to the specified goal URL.
    - Failed: The funnel is not functioning. Hover over the status to see details, such as:
    "No Link Found”: The social media profile does not contain a link.
    “No Profile Found”: The account name cannot be located or is invalid.

  • Actions:
    Delete: Remove the funnel from monitoring.
    Edit: Update the funnel’s details (account or goal URL).
    Recheck: Run a new check to verify if the funnel is now working.

💡 Pro Tip: Use the hover-over tooltips on failed statuses to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.


2. Create Funnel Check

Click the + Create button (top right of the table) to add a new funnel for monitoring.

This pop-up allows you to configure a new funnel:

  1. Entry Point Type: Select the platform for the funnel:
    - TikTok
    - Instagram

  2. Entry Point Data: Enter the username of the social media account.

  3. Goal URL: Specify the URL users should be directed to through the profile link.

  4. Buttons:
    - Cancel: Close the pop-up without saving.
    - Create: Save the funnel for monitoring.

💡 Pro Tip: Double-check the username and goal URL to avoid setup errors.


FAQs

Q1: What does “No Link Found” mean in the Status column?

It means the social media account profile does not currently have a link in its biography.

Q2: How do I fix a “No Profile Found” status?

Ensure the account username is correct and that the account is active on the platform. Use the Edit option to update details if needed.

Q3: Can I recheck a failed funnel?

Yes, click the Recheck button in the Actions column to verify the funnel again after addressing the issue.

Q4: Can I monitor multiple accounts at once?

Yes, you can add and manage multiple funnels through the + Create button.

Q5: What happens if I delete a funnel?

The funnel will no longer be monitored, and its data will be removed from the table.
