For quick help and support, we suggest using our WhatsApp/Telegram Personal Assistant, which you can find on your dashboard.

Note that this feature is only available in the Advanced plan.

The default welcome messages of OnlyFans are sent out instantly after a fan subscribes - and you can always send out only one message. This way a new fan always knows whether or not the message is automated.

We added welcome messages that can…

…be sent out multiple minutes after a fan has subscribed

…contain multiple messages

…have media attachments

Just go to your chosen creator’s settings where you will find the "Automated Messages“ section:

There you can enable them, set the time delay and add the messages. Please note that all the messages will be sent in the exact same order you see them.

When adding a message you can select labeled media:

Here you can use different labels. The Fan's name will be displayed as shown with the labels. So if the label is in CAPSLOCK it will be displayed like this aswell.

Labeled media is all the media that you set a label for.

Go to this article to find out how to set media labels:

Welcome messages will only be sent out if the fan hasn’t messaged you previously.

Important:

Automatic welcome messages will only be sent out when at least one browser using CreatorHero is on the OnlyFans website! Don’t worry if there’s not at least one browser 24/7 - CreatorHero sends out welcome messages to your new fans when at least one browser is online again.

For quick help and support, we suggest using our WhatsApp/Telegram Personal Assistant, which you can find on your dashboard.
