Note that this feature is only available in the Advanced plan.

Additional info: Please mark fans that you have messaged about their renew status as messaged! Otherwise they will also be automatically messaged.

To access this feature go to your chosen creators "creator settings" and click the "Expiring Fans" tab. A page will open where you can a) setup automatic messaging and b) message expiring fans manually:

Let’s start with the auto-messaging. Toggle the „Enable automatic messages“ setting to see all the settings.

After setting up auto-messaging click on the Save button! Otherwise the settings won’t get saved.

A very important setting is the "Only message fans with a spend below" setting. That way you can message your most important fans manually and make the message more personal.

Below the settings you will find a table containing all the fans that don’t have renew on, sorted by their total spend. By clicking the "Chat icon" you can open the chat with them:

After manually messaging a fan just mark them as messaged. That way they won't automatically be messaged and you won’t see them in the overview anymore.


If you use this feature in the right way and make messaging expiring fans part of your daily routine, you will keep more fans than ever before.

Important:

Auto-messaging will only be sent out when at least one browser using CreatorHero is on the OnlyFans website! Don’t worry if there’s not at least one browser 24/7 - CreatorHero sends out welcome messages to your new fans when at least one browser is online again.
