We updated our new Team Management feature and added Access Control to it.
You can control how much access you want to give certain employees and have a safer working space.
If you're in the CreatorHero Desktop App (or the Dashboard) you can click on "Team" and this page appears:
There you will find an overview of all your team members.
Just invite new members by using the "Invite Member" button.
Roles:
Leader: This is your role as the account creator
Admin: Can do everything that an owner can do (except removing the owner from the team).
Member: Can access Tasks, Projects and the internal chat
Important Note
If you invite someone to your team as a member, they don’t have access to any creators by default. Please grant them the CreatorHero Desktop App permissions by just clicking the small blue pencil on the right side:
Tick the box you want the team member to have access to or leave it unticked to deny access to a certain option.
Setting OnlyFans Permissions for your employees with CreatorHero
Decide if your team members should have all permissions or select specific ones.
Here is a brief explanation of the available options you can select:
Onlyfans - Promotions
Get access to edit and create promotions.
Onlyfans - Make Posts
Create and schedule posts for the Onlyfans accounts.
Onlyfans - Mass Messages
Editing and sending out mass messages within Onlyfans.
Onlyfans - Settings
Adjust account settings to make slight changes for notifications, the bio or other settings.
Onlyfans - Statistics
View account statistics and statements to get access to the analytics of Onlyfans.
Onlyfans - Delete Media
Manage and delete media/content within the vault.
Onlyfans - Cards/Bank
Edit payment information or banking details.
Onlyfans - Tickets
Access to old support tickets and allows to create open new ones.
Onlyfans - Hide Chats
Allows the employee to hide and prioritize fan chats.
Onlyfans - Fan Blocking
Allows the employee to block and unblock fans.
Onlyfans -Logout Button
Enables the Logout button within Onlyfans.
Onlyfans - Delete Account
Allows the deletion of the onlyfans account.
