We often get asked if we could implement a feature that sends mass messages including the fans‘ names - yes we could, but we decided against doing this, as we want CreatorHero to act like a human. And a human is not able to send out 1000s of similar messages within a short time frame.

This is the reason we decided to implement something similar: Online Mass Messages

Online Mass Messages are messages that are being sent out every couple of minutes to every online fan. You can add multiple messages and include names and images as well as videos.

In the CreatorHero Dashboard you will find under "Creator Settings" the "Online Mass Message" Tab:

Just click „Create Mass Message“ to create a new one:

Here you can adjust when the extension should start sending the message and when it should stop sending the message as well as which fans should get it.

You need to click on "Add Message" and this pop-up will appear:

You can now write your online massmessage and also add a label with the Customers Name or the Fan Name. If you click on one option it will just insert the function where you are in the chat window right now:

There is also a short description for each label once you hover over it with your cursor.

After our latest update you now also have the option to add prices for the media and you're able to withdraw recent online mass messages.
