When chatting to a fan, you will notice this box on the right hand corner of your window:
This box contains all the important information about a fan. You can see how long they are subscribed, whether or not renew is on and their total spend.
But most important is that you can see which lists the fan belongs to and what notes you and your team have given them. By just clicking on the lists box you can modify the fan's lists. Same applies for the notes box.
Troubleshooting:
If the fan info doesn't appear, there is not enough space on the right hand corner. Please zoom out, by clicking CTRL + - or CMD + -, depending on your operating system.
