With the Custom Note Preset you can set a certain text in your settings in advance to have it as a template in every note box for each subscriber.

This template will only be inserted if the notes are clear and no text has been written inside.

How to setup the Custom Note Preset Feature?

1. Choose the creator you want to add a new template to in the "Creator Selector":

2. Then go to "Creator Settings" and select "Display Settings" in the dropdown:

3. Scroll down on the page until you see "Custom Note Preset" and activate it with the switch on the right side:

4. Click on the pencil icon on the right side next to the switch to set the certain template you want to insert into each empty note:

5. Save the template and the feature is active. Once you go to your messages and open the Notes Section for a Fan (Important: Where the notes were empty before) you will find your Custom Note Preset.
