The Automation Settings page allows you to control when your automation features should be active. While a team member is online, the features will always run, but you can customize their behavior when no one is available.

Customizing Automation Duration

On this page, you can customize the duration for each feature using the dropdown menu next to it. The options include:

  • Run 24/7: Keep the feature running continuously, regardless of member availability.

  • Run Only When Member is Online: Activate the feature only when a team member is logged in and active.

  • Run at a Custom Time: Set specific hours for the feature to operate, ensuring it aligns with your teamā€™s strategy.


How to Set Automation Durations

1. Navigate to the Automation Settings page from the dashboard.

2. Locate the feature you want to customize.

3. Click on the dropdown menu next to the feature.

4. Select one of the following options:

  • Run 24/7

  • Run Only When Member is Online

  • Run at a Custom Time

5. Save your changes to apply the updated settings.

Q1: What happens if I set a feature to ā€œRun Only When Member is Onlineā€?

The feature will only be active when a team member is logged in and available, pausing automatically when no one is online.

Q2: Can I adjust the custom time for multiple features at once?

Yes, you can configure each feature individually on the same page for maximum flexibility.
