🛠️ How to Use
Accessing Expiring Fans
Go to your dashboard.
Navigate to “Expiring Fans” from the sidebar.
You’ll see a list of fans whose subscriptions are ending soon.
⚙️ Settings Overview
You can customize your auto-messages with these options:
✅ Activate – Enable auto-messaging for expiring fans.
🕒 Message Timing – Set how many hours before expiry the message is sent (e.g., 70 hours).
💵 Spending Limitation – Only message fans who’ve spent less than a specific amount (e.g., $200).
⏳ Time Limitation – Only message fans if their last message was more than X hours ago (e.g., 24 hours).
✉️ Messages – Create and manage multiple message templates to send.
➕ Creating a Message
Click “Create Message”.
Enter your message content (e.g., heyy <33).
Set a Timeframe (optional – define when this message should be active).
Save the message.
Your messages will be sent automatically to qualifying fans based on the conditions you’ve set.
📋 Fan Table Overview
Expiring Fans List shows all fans with subscriptions ending soon. You’ll see:
Username
Total Spend
Expiry Date
Messaging Status (e.g., “Not Messaged”, “Queued”)
View Chat link for 1-on-1 follow-up
➡️ Use the search bar to filter fans or scroll through pages.
🔧 Available Actions
✅ Activate/Deactivate – Toggle the automation on or off.
📝 Edit Messages – Update, add, or remove message templates.
👤 View Chat – Open chat with fan directly from the list.
📊 Monitor Status – See who’s messaged, queued, or still pending.
