Key Metrics Explained
1. Total Sales
The total money earned by the chatter, including:
PPV Sales: Revenue from Pay-Per-View messages.
Tips: Tips sent directly to the chatter by fans.
2. PPV Purchase Rate
The percentage of sent PPVs that fans have purchased. Higher rates mean better sales performance!
3. Sent Messages
The total number of messages sent by the chatter.
4. Keystrokes
Tracks the number of keys the chatter typed - showing how much effort they’re putting into conversations.
5. Online Time
Breaks down the time the chatter is logged in:
Active Time: Time spent actively chatting.
Inactive Time: Time spent idle while logged in.
Daily Statistics Table
This table shows detailed daily stats for each chatter:
Date: The date of the recorded stats.
Active Time: Time spent chatting with fans.
Inactive Time: Time logged in but not actively engaging.
Total Revenue: Earnings from PPVs and tips.
AVG Response: Time Average time taken to reply to fans.
Sent Messages: Total messages sent that day.
