Key Metrics Explained

1. Total Sales

The total money earned by the chatter, including:

  • PPV Sales: Revenue from Pay-Per-View messages.

  • Tips: Tips sent directly to the chatter by fans.

2. PPV Purchase Rate

  • The percentage of sent PPVs that fans have purchased. Higher rates mean better sales performance!

3. Sent Messages

  • The total number of messages sent by the chatter.

4. Keystrokes

  • Tracks the number of keys the chatter typed - showing how much effort they’re putting into conversations.

5. Online Time

Breaks down the time the chatter is logged in:

  • Active Time: Time spent actively chatting.

  • Inactive Time: Time spent idle while logged in.


Daily Statistics Table

This table shows detailed daily stats for each chatter:

  • Date: The date of the recorded stats.

  • Active Time: Time spent chatting with fans.

  • Inactive Time: Time logged in but not actively engaging.

  • Total Revenue: Earnings from PPVs and tips.

  • AVG Response: Time Average time taken to reply to fans.

  • Sent Messages: Total messages sent that day.

  • Sent PPVs: Number of PPV messages sent to fans.

  • Bought PPVs: Number of PPV messages purchased by fans.
