Mute Feature

The Mute Feature allows you to temporarily or permanently silence notifications from specific fans. This helps you stay focused without getting interrupted by unwanted alerts.

🔇 How to Mute a Fan

1. Locate the Mute Button – Below the fan’s name in the chat

2. Click on Mute

3. Select the desired mute duration:

Always (permanent mute)

8 Hours

1 Day

1 Week

Custom Duration (set Weeks/Days/Hours manually)

4. Confirm your selection


🔔 Recognizing Muted Fans

Mute Icon on Chat – A strikethrough mute icon will appear next to the fan’s name

Mute Icon in Inbox – Fans with muted notifications will be marked with the mute symbol in the Fan Message Inbox


📌 Best Practices & Tips

Use Custom Durations – Mute fans for specific timeframes based on your needs

Check the Mute Icon – Easily see which fans are muted in both chat and inbox

Unmute Anytime – Click the Mute Button again to remove the mute


❓ FAQ

Q: Will the fan know I muted them?

A: No, muting only affects your notifications. The fan won’t be notified.

Q: Can I mute multiple fans at once?

A: No, muting must be done individually for each fan.

Q: How do I unmute a fan?

A: Click the Mute Button again and disable the mute.
