Chat Countdown

The Chat Countdown feature allows you to set a reminder for a specific fan within a chat. This ensures you can prepare a script or follow up at the right moment without losing engagement.

🔧 How It Works

🕒 Setting a Countdown

1. Open a chat with a fan.

2. Click the Countdown Button in the message input box.

3. Set a time duration (1–60 minutes).

4. Confirm—the countdown begins!

🔔 Receiving the Reminder

• When time is up, a toast notification appears.

• Click the notification to jump directly back to the fan’s chat.

• While the countdown is running, the remaining time is displayed:

• In the fan’s profile within your inbox.

• Next to their name in the chat list.

✔ Use for High-Value Fans – Set reminders for fans likely to spend.

✔ Prepare Scripts in Advance – Maximize your response when the alarm goes off.

A: No, it’s personal and only visible to the user who set it.
