If you experience an endless loading screen when clicking “Start OnlyFans”, it may be due to browser updates or connection issues.
🔍 Before You Begin
✔️ Ensure your operating system is up to date
✔️ Check your internet connection (fast & stable)
✔️ Restart the CreatorHero app and give it time to update
✔️ Try restarting your device
🛠️ Step 1: Reinstall Assets
1️⃣ Click on your profile in the top right corner.
2️⃣ Select “Reinstall Assets” and wait for it to finish.
3️⃣ Restart the desktop app and try again.
🚨 If the loading button keeps spinning endlessly, restart the app and try clicking the button again.
💻 Step 2: Clear App Data (Windows & macOS)
If reinstalling assets doesn’t work, follow these steps:
For Windows
1️⃣ Close the CreatorHero desktop app.
2️⃣ Press Windows Key + R, type “AppData”, and open the folder.
3️⃣ Go to Local and delete the Creator-Hero-Desktop directory.
4️⃣ Press Windows Key + R again, type ”%appdata%”, and remove Creator-Hero-Desktop.
5️⃣ Restart CreatorHero.
For macOS
1️⃣ Click “Troubleshooting” in the top right corner of the CreatorHero app.
2️⃣ Click “Open” under Profile Storage, then close CreatorHero.
3️⃣ Delete the Creator-Hero-Desktop folder.
4️⃣ Restart CreatorHero and try again.
