To ensure that the Welcome Message is sent out to fans, the following key points are necessary:
The regular welcome message from OF must be deactivated
It is imperative that both the CreatorHero desktop application and browser are actively running on the creator's end. Additionally, the computer should not be in an off or sleep state.
It is crucial that the chat is completely empty. If either you or the fan has written a message, the Welcome Message will not be sent.
If you prefer not to keep the CreatorHero desktop application active all the time for the welcome message to be sent out, please go to the "Automation Settings" in the "Creator Settings" section on the left side of the Dashboard and select the "Run 24/7" option.
