Common errors with the Online Mass Message (OMM) include situations where the fan isn't online and doesn't receive the message as a result. Ensure that the selected timeframe is adjusted accordingly, as the fan must be online to receive it.
The Online Mass Message might take some extra time, up to 30 minutes, to start sending out. This delay often happens when there's a lot happening on the OnlyFans account. It's because OnlyFans has restrictions on how many requests can be made in a minute or an hour.
Make sure you have inserted every required field in order to save it and send it out.
If the Online Mass Message has the status "Planned" and doesn't start immediately after creation (but you want it to), please follow these steps:
Go to the Online Mass Message overview where all messages are displayed.
Click on the three dots on the right side of that particular message.
Click on the 'Start' button.
This will initiate the Online Mass Message to be sent out immediately to the fans.
Withdrawing the Online Mass Message:
The Online Mass Message cannot be withdrawn if it is older than 24 hours. Please keep this in mind if you intend to withdraw your Online Mass Message.
