If a team member is removed from the OnlyFans account and can't login the red extension error in the top right corner will occur.

In this case the owner of the CreatorHero account must launch the CreatorHero Browser for that specific creator and do the following:

He has to manually log in once using the credentials. Throughout this process, all other team members must keep the desktop app closed for it to be successful

After completing these steps, the team can restart the app and the issue should be resolved.
