If you click the "Start Onlyfans" button to launch a creator's profile, there is a possibility that you may encounter various types of browser errors.

Browser Error Examples:

^ This browser error is most likely caused by the antivirus program.

For certain browser errors and devices, it may be necessary to disable the standard antivirus protection to ensure that all functions of our software can be executed without interruption.

Please follow the steps explained below in order to solve the issue and be able to launch the creator's profile again:

Open Windows Security: Click on the Start menu and type "Windows Security" to find and open the app.

1. Navigate to Virus & Threat Protection: In the Windows Security window, look for the "Virus & threat protection" option and click on it.

2. Manage Settings: Under the "Virus & threat protection settings" section, you may find an option to manage settings. Click on it.

3. Check Blocked Processes: There should be a section that lists blocked processes or controlled folder access where blocked apps are listed. This is where you would find it if any antivirus program is being blocked by Windows Security.

4. Review the List: If your antivirus program is listed here, it indicates that it is being blocked by Windows Security.

You must turn off real-time protection and any additional antivirus software as well.

If the issue isn't solved by deactivating the antivirus softwares or additional protection then try these following steps:

For the operating system "Windows"

1. Close the CreatorHero desktop application

2. Press on your keyboard "Windows Key + R"

3. Type in „AppData“, go to „Local“ and remove the Creator-Hero-Desktop directory

4. Press "Windows Key + R" again

5. Type in „%appdata%“ and remove "creator-hero-desktop"

6. Restart CreatorHero

For the operating system "macOS"

1. Click on "Troubleshooting" in the top right corner after clicking on your profile

2. Then click on the "Open" button of the Profile Storage and close CreatorHero afterwards

3. Delete the entire folder "Creator-Hero-Desktop"

4. Then, restart the app and try again

"Reinstall assets"

1. Click on your profile in the top right corner
2. Click the reinstall assets button and wait until it is done with loading

3. Restart the desktop app and try again

The following browser errors are proxy-related if you're using a proxy provided by CreatorHero.
The above-mentioned solutions will not work for those particular browser errors.

In some cases, simply restarting the app can resolve the issue displayed below.
