If you attempt to choose media for your automated messages, such as our Welcome Message or Online Mass Message, make sure you have labeled it in the vault to ensure that it will appear in the settings:

You can also use your scroll wheel/trackpad to scroll through all the categories.

Within every media you will find a gear icon in the top right corner:

By clicking it you can chose a description for the media and set a label:

The label, in this case "Butterfly", will look like this in the vault:

Additionally you can set a price for this media. The price will also be displayed in the vault so your team knows how to price a PPV:
