The PPV Follow-Ups feature automatically sends messages to fans who didn’t purchase a Pay-Per-View (PPV) message. This helps increase conversions by reminding fans about missed content.

🔧 Page Features

🔘 Activation Toggle

Turn PPV Follow-Ups on or off. When enabled, follow-up messages are sent automatically.

⏳ Set Time

Specify how many minutes after sending a PPV the follow-up message should be sent.

Example: 5 minutes

📩 Include Unseen PPVs (Checkbox)

Enable this to send follow-ups to fans who didn’t open the original PPV message.

📋 Messages Table

Displays all PPV Follow-Up messages with:

Message Content – The follow-up text.

Actions – Edit or delete messages.

➕ Add New Message

Click “Add Message” to create a follow-up message:

• Personalize with fan name tags.

• Optionally attach a PPV price.

• Save the message—it will appear in the table.

💡 Each fan receives only one follow-up per PPV to avoid spam.

Time It Right – Test different delays to find what works best.

Keep It Short & Persuasive – A simple reminder or discount can increase sales.

Test Multiple Messages – Experiment to see what converts better.

Use the ‘Include Unseen PPVs’ Option Wisely – Fans who didn’t open the original message might still be interested.
