How to Use the Recent Spend List

1. Creating a Recent Spend List

• Click on the “+ Create List” button.

• A popup will appear, allowing you to:

• Set the timeframe (e.g., track fans who spent within the last 30 minutes).

• Select any time range from 1 minute to 30 days.

• Click “Create” to generate the list or “Cancel” to discard changes.

2. Managing & Refreshing the List

• The list updates automatically, but to ensure real-time data, you must manually refresh it.

• Click the refresh button to update the list.

• If you restart the dashboard, you will need to refresh the table again to see the most current data.

3. Actions You Can Take in the List

✏️ Edit: Modify list settings.

🗑️ Delete: Remove fans from the list.

👤 View Fan Details: Review the spending history of specific fans for targeted engagement.
