🛠️ How to Use Custom Lists

Accessing the Custom Lists Section

1. Open the sidebar and click on “Custom Lists.”

2. View the table that shows all custom lists you’ve created.

Creating a Custom List

1. Click the ”+ Create List” button next to the header.

2. A popup will appear where you can choose parameters to build your list:

Always AND Condition: Choose if all selected conditions must be met.

Necessary Selection: Choose from All, Active, or Expired fans (default: Active).

Amount Spent: Set a specific dollar amount.

Spent Money in Last X Days: Define the number of days.

Time Subscribed: Specify the number of days a fan has been subscribed.

In Existing Lists Already: Select from other lists.

At Least Responded Once in Last X Days: Set a timeframe.

Renew On/Off: Choose if renewals are active or inactive.

Amount of Tips: Set the minimum tip amount.

Count of PPV’s Bought: Define the number of PPVs purchased.

Each parameter comes with a checkbox to include it in your custom list. If unchecked, it won’t be part of the list creation.

3. Once you’ve chosen your parameters, click Create to save the list or Cancel to discard the process.

Managing Custom Lists

• View and edit your custom lists in the table.

• Refresh the list by clicking the refresh button to update data. The list will capture data up to that moment.

Sync: Custom lists are automatically synced with the backend for real-time updates.


📌 Available Actions

For each custom list, you can:

Edit – Modify the list settings.

🗑️ Delete – Remove the list.

👤 View Fan Details – See all fans within the list.

• Use multiple parameters to create highly specific, targeted lists for more effective communication.

• Regularly refresh the list to ensure you’re always working with the most up-to-date information.

Combine with mass messaging to engage targeted fans based on their specific activity or spending behavior.

Q1: What parameters can I use for a custom list?

You can choose from various parameters like amount spent, time subscribed, tips, PPV count, and others to create a tailored list.

Q2: How do I select multiple parameters for my custom list?

Tick the checkboxes next to each parameter you want to include in your list. You can select multiple parameters at once.

Q3: Will my custom lists automatically update?

Yes, but you need to refresh them manually to capture the latest data. The lists are synced with the backend for real-time updates.

Q4: How do I create a custom list for fans who haven’t renewed their subscription?

Simply select the Renew On/Off parameter and choose Off to target fans who have not renewed their subscription.
