Fan Spend Lists allow you to categorize fans based on how much they’ve spent over time.

🛠️ How to Use

Accessing Fan Spend Lists

  1. Open your dashboard.

  2. Select a creator from the list.

  3. Scroll down to “Lists” under “Creator Settings”.

  4. Click on “Fan Spend Lists”.

➕ Creating a New Fan Spend List

  1. Click on the “+ Add List” button.

  2. A popup will appear with the following options:

  • Minimum Spend – The minimum total amount a fan needs to spend.

  • Maximum Spend – The maximum amount a fan can spend and still be added to the list.

3. Enter a name for the list.

⚠️ Important: If you reuse an existing list name, the old fans will be removed!

Click “Create” to save, or “Cancel” to discard.

Once created, the list will appear in the table and automatically refresh every few minutes.


📌 Example

List Name: “Test List”

Min Spend: $900

Max Spend: $1000

➡️ All fans who fall within that range will be automatically added to the list.


🔧 Available Actions

Edit – Update the list settings

🗑️ Delete – Remove the list

👤 View Fan Details – See each fan’s profile and spending history

Q1: What qualifies a fan for a Fan Spend List?

→ A fan’s total spend must fall between your defined minimum and maximum amounts.

Q2: Can I use the same list name twice?

→ No, using the same name will overwrite the existing list and its fans.

Q3: How often do the lists update?

→ Lists refresh automatically every few minutes.

Q4: Do I need a special plan to use this?

→ Yes, Fan Spend Lists are only available with the Professional Plan.
