If a user already has a CreatorHero account, they must use a different email address to receive an invitation as a team member.


🛠️ How to Fix Invitation Issues

✅ User Already Has an Account

✔️ Ask them to use a different email address for the invitation.

✔️ The same email cannot be used for multiple accounts.

✅ Invitation Email Not Received

1️⃣ Check the Spam Folder – Sometimes, emails are filtered as spam.

2️⃣ Resend the Invitation – Try sending it again.

3️⃣ Modify the Email Address – Add a period (.) or comma (,) in the email and resend the invite.

A single email can only be linked to one CreatorHero account. Use a different email.
