There are many awesome project management tools out there - but most of them have one thing in common: they almost have too many features for a regular OnlyFans agency which overcomplicates everything. We wanted to build something simple and yet effective to manage your OnlyFans agency.
You will notice two new links in the navigation „Tasks“ and „Projects“:
Let’s start with tasks:
There are two tabs: My tasks and all tasks.
Most of the times you only need to see your own tasks so we don’t even show you the other team member’s tasks in this tab.
The tasks you will see are separated into three categories: Open, Recurring and Closed
Open Tasks show you all the tasks that are not done yet, sorted by their due date.
Recurring Tasks will create the same task in a specified interval. Scroll down to learn more about them
Closed Tasks are all the tasks that you have marked as complete
Create a new task
Just click „New task“ to create a new task:
Here you can choose a name, description, due date, assignees and a project.
Recurring tasks
Recurring tasks help you and your team to think about routines in an effective way.
Example:
You want a team member to fill out a tracking sheet every day at 12am (your time zone) within 3 hours.
Just create a new task and activate the „Recurring“ switch in the top right hand corner:
After that I fill the form, most importantly the assignee, period, due duration and repeat from:
„Repeat from“ will be the date and time when the first task will be created, so in this case the next day at 12am.
Now every day at 12am this task will be created as an Open task. It will be assigned to Peter and should be done until 3am.
All the tasks will also be displayed on the „Tasks“ page so you and your team members can rely on „My tasks“ on a day-to-day basis:
