Learn how to send Online Mass Messages effectively:
🛠 Key Features
Filter Options:
You can filter your messages by:
• Default
• Reads
• Responses
• PPV Bought
Create Message:
Click the “Create Message” button to set up a new message to be sent out to your online fans.
📋 Online Mass Message Table
Below your Sort options, you will see a table displaying all the online mass messages. Each message will have details such as:
• Message: The content of your mass message.
• Status: The current status of the message (Planned, Running, Completed).
• Sent: The number of fans the message was sent to.
• Start Date: When the message will start sending.
• End Date: When the message will stop sending.
Actions for Each Message:
Tracking: Hover over this to see stats like Reads, Responses, and PPV Bought.
Three Dots Menu:
• Info: View the details and settings for the message.
• Duplicate: Create a copy of the message and its settings.
• Withdraw: Unsend the message from all fans.
• Planned Messages:
• Edit: Change the message content or settings.
• Start Now: Start the message immediately.
• Stop: Halt the message from sending.
• Running Messages:
• Stop: Completely stop the message from sending. (Once stopped, it cannot be resumed.)
✉ Creating an Online Mass Message
To create a new online mass message:
1. Click on the “Create Message” button.
2. Set your Start Date and End Date for when the message should be sent.
3. Choose the Fan Lists to send the message to:
• Include or Exclude specific lists of fans.
4. Optionally, you can exclude fans you’ve recently chatted with by setting a time limit in minutes.
5. Auto Withdraw: If you want the message to be automatically withdrawn after a set time, activate this option and choose the hours and minutes.
6. You can also choose to withdraw the message if the fan has seen but has not replied.
7. Select the following checkboxes based on your preferences:
• Send to fans you’ve never chatted with before.
• Only send to fans with an active subscription.
Once all settings are configured, click “Add Message” to create the content for the mass message.
🔄 Follow-Up Messages (Optional)
Follow-Up Messages are sent to fans who don’t respond to the initial Online Mass Message.
• Activate the Follow-Up toggle if you wish to send a follow-up.
• Set Time: Decide how many minutes after the original message the follow-up should be sent.
• Include Fans Who Haven’t Seen the Message: Check this box to include fans who did not open the original message.
• Click on “Add Follow-Up Message” to set up the message for the follow-up.
✅ Final Step: Create the Mass Message
After you have configured your message and follow-up settings, click on “Create Mass Message” to schedule and send the message to your fans.
