⚠️ Issue: Online Mass Message (OMM) Not Sending

If your Online Mass Message (OMM) isn’t being sent, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

🛠️ Step 1: Ensure Fans Are Online

✔️ The Online Mass Message only sends to fans who are online at the selected timeframe.

✔️ Adjust the sending timeframe accordingly to match when fans are active.

🛠️ Step 2: Allow for Processing Time

✔️ The Online Mass Message can take up to 30 minutes to start sending.

✔️ This delay is due to OnlyFans’ request limits on how many messages can be sent per minute/hour.

🛠️ Step 3: Check Required Fields

✔️ Ensure that all required fields are completed before saving and sending the message.

🛠️ Step 4: Manually Start a “Planned” Message

If your OMM is stuck on “Planned” and doesn’t start automatically, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to the Online Mass Message Overview.

2️⃣ Find the message and click the three dots on the right side.

3️⃣ Click “Start” to send the message immediately.

❌ Withdrawing an Online Mass Message

✔️ You can only withdraw an OMM within 24 hours.

✔️ After 24 hours, the message cannot be withdrawn.

Q1: Why hasn’t my OMM started yet?

• Fans must be online during the selected timeframe.

• OnlyFans limits message requests, causing delays (up to 30 minutes).

• The message may be stuck on “Planned”—follow Step 4 to manually start it.

Yes, but only within 24 hours. After that, withdrawal is not possible.

Q3: How can I speed up OMM delivery?

Unfortunately, OnlyFans controls message limits, so wait times cannot be bypassed.
