⚠️ Issue: Promotion Reactivator or Automated Messages Not Working

If Promotions or Automated Messages aren’t working as expected, follow these steps to fix the issue.

🛠️ Step 1: Enable “Run 24/7”

✔️ Go to Automation Settings and make sure “Run 24/7” is enabled.

✔️ This ensures that the CreatorHero Desktop App doesn’t need to be open at all times for automation to work.

🛠️ Step 2: Fill All Required Fields

✔️ Check that all required fields in the Promotion or Messaging settings are completed before saving.

🛠️ Step 3: Check for Blacklisted Words

✔️ If Automated Messages aren’t sending, make sure they don’t contain blacklisted words.

✔️ Some words are forbidden by OnlyFans, and messages containing them won’t be sent.

✔️ You can find an updated list of blacklisted words online or in our Dashboard.

Q1: Why aren’t my promotions running automatically?

Make sure “Run 24/7” is enabled in the settings.

Q2: My messages aren’t sending—what should I check?

Check for blacklisted words and ensure all required fields are filled.

Q3: Can I run promotions without keeping the app open?

Yes! With “Run 24/7” enabled, CreatorHero runs promotions even when the app is closed.
