⚠️ Issue: Statistics Missing from Dashboard
If statistics are not appearing on your CreatorHero dashboard, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
🛠️ Step 1: Wait for Data Processing
✔️ It may take up to 48 hours for statistics to appear after adding a new creator.
✔️ Be patient while CreatorHero gathers data from OnlyFans.
🛠️ Step 2: Enable “Run 24/7” for Statistics Updater
✔️ Go to Automation Settings and enable “Run 24/7” for the Statistics Updater.
✔️ This allows CreatorHero to update stats even when the app is closed.
🛠️ Step 3: Keep the Profile Open in CreatorBrowser
✔️ If you’ve added a new creator, keep their OnlyFans profile open in CreatorBrowser for several hours.
✔️ This allows CreatorHero to collect and sync data directly from OnlyFans.
🛠️ Step 4: Select the Correct Creator
✔️ Make sure you have selected the correct creator in the top-left corner of the dashboard.
✔️ Data will only be displayed for the creator currently selected.
